Official competition rules

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE OF THE GAME
The purpose of these rules is to define the terms and conditions of the competition.

The Game allows participants to win one of the two prizes described in these rules,
according to the conditions defined below. The regulations are freely and publicly available.

ARTICLE 2 – GAME PERIOD
The Game takes place from November 28, 2025 at 8:00 PM to January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Paris time).
Any participation outside of these dates will not be taken into account.

ARTICLE 3 – GAME MATERIALS
The game is accessible via the ARNTREAL mobile app, available for free on Google.
Play and Apple App Store, as well as on the website https://arntreal.com.
Using the application requires a compatible smartphone and an internet connection.
No participation by mail, email or any other means will be accepted.

ARTICLE 4 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The costs associated with international administrative formalities (local taxes, visas, passport,
Customs fees, insurance, health obligations) remain entirely the responsibility of the
winner. ARNTREAL cannot be held responsible in the event of administrative refusal, of
government restriction or any legal impossibility preventing the winner from
to enjoy one's lot.
4.1 – Target audience
The Game is open to any individual, without any minimum age requirement, residing in
France or in any other country where this type of competition with purchase obligation is allowed.
Participants under the age of 18 must:
• have a valid means of payment,
• be able to provide written parental authorization upon request.
4.2 – International participation
The game is open internationally, provided that:
• the legislation of the country of residence authorizes sweepstakes with a purchase requirement;
• the arrangements for participation and prize distribution can be materially implemented;
• There are no customs or regulatory restrictions preventing it.
All taxes, formalities, import fees or necessary visas are the responsibility of the winner.

4.3 – Exclusions
The following cannot participate:
• the employees of the Organising Company,
• the service providers who contributed to the Game,
• members of their immediate family.
Any participation that does not comply with these rules will be cancelled.

ARTICLE 5 – REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT
To participate in the Game, the Participant must:
1. Download the ARNTREAL app
2. Create a personal user account
3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information
4. Accept these regulations
5.1 – Accuracy of information
The Participant guarantees:
• the accuracy of the information transmitted,
• Updating all information in the event of changes.
Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in the Participant's exclusion.
5.2 – Uniqueness of the account
Only one ARNTREAL account is allowed per person.
The Organising Company reserves the right to:
• to perform automated or manual checks,
• to identify duplicates (email, phone number, IP address, device ID…),
• to delete or merge suspicious accounts,
• to invalidate tickets associated with multiple accounts.
Any attempt to circumvent the rules will result in immediate exclusion.

ARTICLE 6 – HOW THE GAME WORKS
The game is based on a system of virtual tickets allocated via the ARNTREAL application.
To be eligible to participate in the draw, the Participant must:
• have a valid ARNTREAL account;
• make at least one purchase starting November 28, 2025 (Drop Black Friday) and

until January 31, 2026 exclusively for clothing from the BLACK OUT collection;
• obtain at least one validated ticket at the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

ARTICLE 7 – TYPES OF TICKETS
Three types of tickets are available and can be combined for the draw: Drop Tickets, VIP Tickets and
Lite Tickets.
7.1 – Drop Tickets (Purchase required from November 28, 2025)
Awarded exclusively from November 28, 2025 to January 31, 2026 on clothing from the
BLACK OUT collection launched during the Black Friday Drop.
Rate: 1 € spent = 1 Drop Ticket.
No other purchase, before or from another collection, generates this type of ticket.
Making this purchase is an essential condition for validating all tickets.
(Drop, VIP, Lite) associated with the Participant's account.
7.2 – VIP Tickets (previous purchases)
Awarded for purchases made from September 28, 2024 to November 27, 2025 inclusive.
Rate: 1 € spent = 1 VIP Ticket.
They must be claimed in the application via the "Retrieve my VIP tickets" section.
They only become valid if a purchase is made on or after November 28, 2025.

7.3 – Lite Tickets (free missions)
Obtained via missions available in the ARNTREAL application.
Examples:
• marketing or community actions,
• interactions on the app,
• one-off or participatory challenges.

ARTICLE 8 – TICKET VALIDATION
Tickets (Drop, VIP, Lite) become permanently valid after the legal expiry date.

ARTICLE 9 – RETURNS POLICY
9.1 – Partial Return

ARTICLE 10 – SYSTEM INTEGRITY
ARNTREAL is implementing the necessary measures to guarantee the integrity of the allocation of

ARTICLE 11 – ANTI-FRAUD MEASURES
The Organising Company is implementing measures to guarantee the fairness and regularity of the
Game. Automated or manual checks can be performed at any time in order to
detect any anomalies, particularly with regard to registration information,
the use of the application or the allocation of tickets.

11.1 – Controls and verifications
To ensure the integrity of the Game, ARNTREAL reserves the right to proceed, at any time, to
controls:
• automated or manual,
• relating to registration information,
• relating to the consistency of technical data (IP address, device identifier,
email, phone number),
• relating to purchase history and ticket allocation.
These checks may take place before, during or after the Game period, and up until the

11.2 – Prohibited behavior
The following are strictly prohibited:
• the use of bots, scripts, automated programs or similar tools;
• the creation of multiple accounts for the same person;
• identity theft or the use of falsified information;

• the use of tools to mask the origin of connections for the purpose
to obtain an undue advantage.

11.3 – Consequences in case of fraud
In the event of suspicion or observation of fraud, ARNTREAL may:
• suspend or delete the account(s) in question;
• cancel all associated tickets;
• refuse to participate in the draw;
• prevent the delivery of the batch;
• to oppose any further claims.
These measures may be taken without prior notice, and without the Organising Company having to
justify the method or the exact nature of the controls carried out.

11.4 – Nullity of participations resulting from fraudulent conduct
Any participation obtained directly or indirectly through fraudulent means is
considered null and void and cannot give rise to any winnings.

11.5 – Confidentiality of control methods
For security reasons, the Organising Company is not required to disclose:
• the nature of the checks carried out;
• the tools used;
• detection criteria;
• the technical elements that led to an exclusion.
This information is subject to confidential internal procedures.

ARTICLE 12 – PRIZES UP FOR GRABS
Two prizes are awarded as part of the Game:
• Lot #1: A trip to Japan for 1 person (maximum value: €3,000 including VAT)
• Lot #2: A high-end gaming PC (estimated value: €2,000 including VAT)
The prizes are neither transferable nor can they be monetized.
Any request for conversion into a sum of money is excluded.

ARTICLE 13 – DESCRIPTION OF LOT NO. 1: TRIP TO JAPAN
The lot includes exclusively:
• a return airline ticket in economy class,
• Accommodation for up to 9 days / 8 nights,
• booking of the stay by ARNTREAL or its partner agency.
All other services not expressly mentioned above are considered

ARTICLE 21 – IMPOSSIBILITY OF CONTACT
If a winner does not respond within 15 days, or refuses to provide the required documents

ARTICLE 22 – IRREVOCABILITY OF RESULTS

ARTICLE 27 – CLAIMS
Any complaint relating to the Game must be submitted within 30 days of the end of the

ARTICLE 28 – AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATIONS
ARNTREAL reserves the right to modify all or part of these regulations if the
