Sourcing materials

Our teams handle purchasing all the materials needed for production: fabrics, hardware, zippers, buttons, packaging, ribbing… We also manage all the logistics to deliver the materials straight to our factory.

Cutting (per pattern)

The fabric rolls go to cutting. We follow the bag's pattern to cut each part: front, back, pockets. It ensures all the pieces fit together perfectly afterward.

⁠Broderie

We switch factories, heading to embroidery. Each panel of the bag goes under the machines and is embroidered to the planned design. That's where the details come to life.

Couture & Assemblage

We collect all the embroidered panels and send them back to the factory. Sewing begins: each part is assembled one by one. Front, back, lining… then we add the straps and belts. The bag takes shape at this stage.

⁠Quality control

We check everything: seams, embroidery, alignment, measurements, shape. If something isn't right, we fix it. Nothing leaves the factory without approval.

The bag is folded, packed and shipped from our logistics center. As soon as the parcel leaves, you get your tracking number.
